Prices on the wall
The deli had a chalkboard with every price on it. Nobody argued about the price of jamón. When we put our own menu online, with real numbers next to every service, the long negotiation emails stopped.
Portions, not hours
We sell a brand identity, a website or a set of labels, not a number of hours. Clients know exactly what comes on the plate, and we carry the risk of a slow week instead of them.
The regulars
Some clients come back every month, so we gave them a monthly plan: one order on the bench at a time, as many orders as they like. It is the same idea as a coffee card, just with better fonts.
