Terms of service

These terms apply when you take a number and order work from Pickle Studio, Carrer dels Cogombres 12, 08012 Barcelona.

Quotes and orders

Every order gets a ticket number and a written quote with the price, the deliverables and a start date. The order is confirmed when you accept the quote by email and pay the first half.

Payment

We invoice 50% to start and 50% when the order is served. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Rounds of changes

Each order includes two rounds of changes. Extra rounds are quoted before we start them, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.

Who owns the work

Once the final invoice is paid, you own the final files, including the source files. We may show the work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to.

Pausing or cancelling

You can pause or cancel a monthly plan before the next month starts. If you cancel a one-off order, you pay for the work done up to that day.

The fine print

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. These terms follow Spanish law, and any dispute goes to the courts of Barcelona.
