Privacy policy

This policy explains what Pickle Studio collects when you visit this site or take a number, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the order slip or sign up for the specials, we get what you type: your name, email, company and message. When you browse, our analytics count page views without cookies and without storing your IP address.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your order, to send a quote and, if you signed up, to send one email a month. We never sell or rent your details, and we never add you to a list you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Our site is hosted by Framer, and our email goes through a mail provider in the EU. They process data for us under their own privacy terms and only for these purposes.

How long we keep it

Order slips are kept for as long as we work together and for six years after the last invoice, as Spanish tax law asks. Newsletter addresses are deleted the day you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Write to hola@pickle.studio and we will reply within a working day, same as everything else.
